Plasma Operator

Small team. Straight decisions. Practical workshop work supporting fabrication and build projects. If you’re comfortable working with CNC plasma cutting equipment and take pride in accurate, tidy work, you’ll fit right in.

What you’ll do

• Operate CNC plasma cutting equipment to cut steel components from drawings and cutting files.
• Ensure accurate cutting and maintain quality standards across all parts produced.
• Prepare and handle materials safely within the workshop environment.
• Work closely with the fabrication team to ensure parts are ready for production and assembly.
• Maintain a clean and organised cutting area and support general workshop workflow.

What we’re looking for

• Experience operating CNC plasma cutting equipment or similar machinery.
• Ability to work from drawings, cutting lists, or nesting files.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate parts.
• Reliable, organised, and comfortable working in a busy workshop environment.
• A practical approach with pride in tidy, high-quality work.
